Donation

StrollerHikes is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation. We seek and gratefully accept donations, grants, and other charitable monies. Funding is used largely to maintain the website and facilitate education of others about outdoor, exercise, and healthy options for families with babies and young children, through development of curriculum and online content.

To make a financial donation, send checks payable to Stroller Hikes at 517 Fern Ridge Court, Sunnyvale, CA 94087. You will receive a receipt of this contribution via mail, as long as you include a return address on your envelope. Alternatively, you can donate by clicking the "Donate" button at the top of the Stroller Hikes webpage. This will direct you to a secure PayPal site, and you will receive a receipt of your tax-deductable contribution, along with Stroller Hikes' Nonprofit Identification Number.

To make an in-kind donation, please contact admin@strollerhikes.com.

Hike Leadership and Contributions

StrollerHikes began with one person leading and facilitating all hikes, then blossomed thanks to the leadership and commitment of several parents supporting StrollerHikes' mission.

Want to lead a hike or event? E-mail StrollerHikes to share your idea or attend a StrollerHikes Event and speak with a current hike leader. Volunteers are generally protected from liability via laws beneath the non-profit category of corporations as long as they volunteer within the parameters of StrollerHikes in a good faith effort.

Want to contribute photos and text for a new hike or other StrollerHikes feature? E-mail StrollerHikes to share your idea, and see the guidelines for contributions.

E-mails are rarely sent more than once per week. E-mails are only sent by leaders of the organization; you will not get a lot of irrelevant e-mails from StrollerHikes "members" or SPAM distributors. Your information will only be used to distribute e-mails about StrollerHikes.
